Construction Site Injuries
Injuries on construction sites are common. Often, an employee of a subcontractor gets injured due to the negligence of another subcontractor or the general contractor on the site. Even if your employer has workers’ compensation insurance and your medical care has been paid for, you may have rights against third parties that caused your injury. Section 1926 of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulates construction work sites and dictates the minimum safety measures an employer needs to take in the construction industry.
